If you would like to Register for one of our treks you will need to click on one of the two options at the bottom of this page. Completion of the Registration Form does not commit you 100% to the trek. We will be in contact with you to confirm departure dates and available space in the particular trek, and to answer any questions that you may still have.
 
Once this is all resolved to your satisfaction we will ask you to confirm your Registration by paying your NZ$750 trip deposit (by direct credit to ANZ Bank Nelson, acc 060705 0377086 000 (please ensure you put your surname in the Reference field), or by cheque); you will then have a committed place on the trek that you have chosen. Refer also to Booking and Payment.
 
We will send you a full Trip Pack, which contains more detailed information to help you prepare for your trek. This includes a Medical Information Sheet which you will need to have completed by your Doctor and returned to us; there is nothing of concern here, it is just a precautionary part of our process. We will be in regular contact with you right up until your departure date.
 
If you are about to complete a Registration Form there is no need to also complete a Contact Us form; you will automatically be sent our Information Pack, including our brochure and free DVD.
